I've downloaded the latest winamp, but it doesn't work.
I can't access any menu bars or settings, I've tried to set it to classic skin, but that doesn't help.
How do I do to get winamp working?

What happens if you press ctrl+p for the preferences dialog? There you can set the active skin.
