I do the same thing and it always works. The Q button aborts the installation as Q stands for QUIT.

The way I work with the ugprade installer is where it's available, always press the button which JAWS reads as I, and where it isn't available use the button labelled blank. If I remember rightly there is only one screen where the I button isn't available. Seems to work without fail for me. Basically just don't press the queue button as not sure what that does.

Generally you should see, three buttons when you tab, button, IButton, Qbutton. You first need to enter on, button, And you may need to do this a couple times, then you need to enter on, IButton, obviously this is the I agree button. Hope this helps.

Yes, that's right James, just go to updateflash.org and it will tell you if the flash player for your browser is up to date or not. Very handy.

then you have either a problem with protection software or a goof up in your system, run a system file check (run, cmd in it and enter, then sfc/scannow in the command prompt)
