List, A friend of mind constructed a customized envelope with a return address textbox and a addressee textbox. How do I maneuver and gain access to each textbox? Thanks in advance, Mark I am using Windows 11 and Microsoft 365.

Text boxes are an accessibility nightmare (and if they weren't I'd use them constantly, as I love text boxes). If we're talking about a standard business sized commercial #10 envelope, try using this MS-Word document template I created that is a fillable form where you just tab between the return address and main address to enter each. Activating the DOTX file creates a fresh, blank copy of the envelope for filling out. Once you've filled it out, you can save the end result if it's an addressee that you send things to frequently.

The text boxes I have encountered are sort of graphics. Press ctrl+shift+o to move to a text box and press enter to open/select it.
