Information in the web page indicates that there is a free plan although it fails to offer specific details or features under this plan. At least they say that credit card is not required for the free plan, so I suggest trying out this to test accessibility. As a sidenote, however, I would like to say that 39 dollars for the basic plan is just too much in my opinion. The experience should be outlandish in terms of easy content creation and manageability to deserve practically 40 bucks monthly. I wouldn’t pay that much. If I were to design educational content, I would purchase a domain for less the half of that price, and design content directly in my own domain using an authoring tool.

In this case, I will tell you what I tell people asking for the accessibility in Moodle. Yes, these platforms are accessible since there are not different from any other web page using headings, links, text, tables. However, if you asked to which extent it is accessible, I would say that it is accessible to the extent wanted by the designer, teacher or trainer.
