Moderated taskbar access
“overflow” just means there isn’t enough room in the space allotted to the bar to display all the items. Nothing wrong at all.

Ok, for some reason I thought the overflow thing was stopping me from uninstalling programs through the add/remove programs option but that’s apparently not the case. So now to figure out what is the problem. Thanks for the help.
Hi, Gery. Do you have WebRoot installed as an antivirus program? If so, this may be stopping you from uninstalling (removing) programs. I have helped a couple of people with their computers who have had WebRoot installed, and it not only prevented removal of programs, but in some cases, files as well.

Hi,
Just as an add on. Have used Web root for years without this issue.
