Cindy,

Sounds like you need to set up some rules or filters to automatically file
messages from specific forums to specific folders. If I didn't have that,
I'd have a huge Inbox and would always be way behind in figuring out who is
who. Now I just go to each of the relevant folders and read the new messages
specific to that forum.

I do have that. I just forgot where I read this similar discussion before.
The computer can help with directing messages to folders and threads. But,
it can't help with a faulty human memory!
