Hi all, If I am arrowing down a list looking for something, I can't arrow up to the top of the list. I can arrow down to the bottom of the list, but can't go back up again. I have to close the list of files and start again. Is there a way to fix this? Jim

Maybe try maximizing the File Explorer window?

At least I feel a little better. I thought it was just my computer. I have experienced this same behavier. Is it the new JAWS or the new WINDOWS upgrades. I suspect it's a combination of both, the right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing.
