Moderated Spell check key, doesn't work as it use too work before.
Good morning everyone
Last evening, My girlfriend had too write a small document in word office 365 on a windows 10 laptop computer with the latest jaws 2022. When she went too use her spell check, after hitting the F7 key combineation key, their was no way that this feature option worked as expected, as it used too as before. My question is, is their a way too change it back too the way that it was before, where it would check for spelling errors, and where you could just use the tab key and it would tell us what the misspelled word was, and enter on it using the enter key for the correction too take affect?
Hi Albert,
I’m using a Windows 10 machine with all the updates and JAWS 22. I use spellcheck almost daily. The only thing I’ve noticed is it begins the process by telling me the percentage of words that are spelled correctly. As for applying the spelling and grammar corrections, you can tab to the choice you want and simply press enter as before. The only thing I’ve found that is new that I don’t like is when no errors are found. It gives you a message that says no errors, then you must press escape to get rid of it.
