If I am using the latest Jaws with Windows 10, will Narrator add any benefits?

Well, that didn't take long. While in Narrator Edge did not respond at all to either alt+up arrow or alt+down arrow. Even more, when I tried those keys and got nothing from Edge, I tried them again, this time making it a point not to release the alt key at the same time as the arrow key and Edge again did not respond to it like it did with JAWS running.
Sounds to me like whomever I got for a support rep at Vispero didn't know what they were talking about, or they were just trying to dismiss a legitimate case.

Hi everyone!
For those that celebrate it, I hope you all had a great Thanksgiving holiday.
I contacted Vispero about a problem I was experiencing with JAWS and Edge and they told me that the alt+up arrow and down arrow to expand and collapse combo boxes where native to the browser and not JAWS key strokes I had always thought they were.
The problem that I was experiencing was that if I am not careful to release the alt key at the same time I release the arrow key, Edge sees it as a separate key stroke and jumps me to the settings and more button, requiring that I F6 back to the web page I am working on. Its very frustrating and annoying. I could see it doing that if I pressed and released the alt key without any other keys, but if you press an alt key along with another key, it should not be treated as a separate key stroke just because I didn't release it soon enough.

Narrator will help you when jaws doesn’t wanna speak. Also, there was a website with a checkbox that jaws did not want to check. I turned off jaws and turned on narrator, and it checked the box for me.

Hello:
I do not know. Many of the Narrator commands are very similar to JAWS. Mostly if you stick to the Windows commands we all know, you won't have any trouble using Narrator.
Of course, if have an inquiring mind, you can Google the Narrator commands.
Cordially,
Curtis Chong
