This looks great on the screen, but so far Pneuma solutions has ignored my email request for additional information.
Is anyone using this product? How well does it work with JAWS? I am using JAWS with a remote server, and the wait time between enter and response is abyssmal. Thx |

What I need to know specifically is whether the screen of the controlling computer sees exactly the screen of the target ... with zoomText. Using Zoom with screen display, the host does not see the shared screen as magnified, so the instructor is not aware of what the student is seeing.

Not sure as I don't use Zoom Text. Trying to get an answer for you though. Have you used the contact form at https://pneumasolutions.com/ to write them directly? I have just found them to be extremely responsive to any inquiries. I know that during the beta testing, there weren't a whole lot of Zoomtext users. But that doesn't mean that there isn't a need for Zoomtext to work within RIM. If it doesn't now, I am sure it will. Herman -----Original Message-----

Just got an answer back from Pneuma Solutions. The are still working with Vispero who as of yet do not have a solution for this. Pneuma Solutions will continue to work with Vispero. Herman -----Original Message-----

It is fantastic, and has much more redundancy than Tandem, because they are using Amazons AWS services. Amazon have servers all over the world, not just in one little corner. You can also reboot and reconnect to a target computer, without having to log in again, something that is impossible with Tandem. You can even install JAWS to a remote computer using it, again, impossible with Tandem. Because it plays system sounds remotely, you can run any screen reader, including Narrator using it.
