moderated recent Jaws issue

Hi all,
As I mentioned I was getting some tech help, I was getting help with trying to
connect a braille display to my laptop via Bluetooth. Well yesterday the tech
guy had me uninstall this braille display, under Jaws options under braille
there's an add braille display button, and anyway today when we went to add my
other braille display this button was gone. Any idea what could've happened to
it and how we might be able to get it back? We tried doing a Jaws repair, but
that didn't solve the problem. Any help is much appreciated!!!! Using latest
versions of Jaws and Windows 10. Thanks Madison

This will make no sense, but what happens if you turn off Bluetooth, does the button reappear?
If so, that might indicate Jaws doesn't play well with more than one Bluetooth display connected or assume if you are using Bluetooth, you don't' need another display.

I've never found Bluetooth on Windows to be reliable enough to use a braille display myself.

I don't have any other displays connected via Bluetooth, only a pair of
headphones that only work using Bluetooth.

How are you connecting the display to your computer?

I have two Braille displays connected via Bluetooth, using one at a
time, of course. The computer needs to be paired with the Bluetooth
device first, then the display needs to be added to JFW. The "add"
button should be under Braille, after the "Modify" button.
