moderated Problem using Bard, on the PC.
Sandra Streeter
When I was there this afternoon, I noticed that it would say several times, “loading”, and then you’d hear nothing, and if you tried to do the heading keystroke to get down to the titles, it would not budge. In order to be able to use the h-command for “heading” to get down to the titles, I had to first punch the Escape key. I have never had to do that before. It did seem exceptionally slow at downloading, too.

I couldn't get the search to work, either. JFW 2021 and Edge. This is recent; worked a few days ago.

Glad you were able to resolve your search problem. Part of the issue here, other than the obvious BARD slow processing problem, is users understanding some of the finer points of using their screen reader, in this Case, JAWS. Your knowledge saved your search day from frustration to finding whatever you were after.

I'm glad that there is some sanity relative to two-factor. Given the computer skill level of their average customer, I suspect that it would be a nightmare. And what are they really protecting? It may be symbolic, but not necessary.

I've tried IE, Firefox, and edge. I've had the same problem and the same

error message show up on all of them. It appears that their search engine is sluggish and will time out after a minute. There are ways to fix this, but they apparently haven't yet. Hopefully soon. Karen

Curtis The issue Al raised was related to searches. I would expect that the part of Bard you used -- and which I use most often -- expects as it should most of the time.
