Moderated problem reading some emails

Hello, Lately I have been getting some emails I was able to read the entire body. Now for some reason I can read the first few lines and nothing after that. It is like Jaws2023 is locked up. I press escape to get out of it and it takes 30-40 seconds before it closes. Any thoughts of why this suddenly started and what can I do to correct it?

Try changing your quick settings.
Press insert-V to start quick settings and search for UIA. Try changing this setting and see if that helps.
