Still wonder how you are accidentally triggering it. I use follow-up flags deliberately, so I’m used to seeing that red flag on overdue items, but the two ways I know to flag something are with the context menu or  with Alt H, W.

I am using Outlook 365 JAWS 2019 and Windows 10.

I am accidentally hitting something that puts a red flag on some of my messages in my in box.

Is there an easy way to turn off this red flag?
