Hello, to my fellow jaws users.

Thanks to the help desk, once again, I was able to fix my sound issues.

For all on this list, there’s a bug within the sound schemes in outlook and the help desk is aware of this.

This is why they ended up bouncing my problem to the higher level.

The operator who assisted me today was able to help me through this issue and also with my headset issue.

So, to those who tried to help me out.
