There is one important reason to use JAWS 2021. This was the oldest version which was updated to support the new JAWS Tandem server interface that was adopted a while back.

According to Vispero's web site on the "What's new in JAWS" page, for JAWS 2022 it says that support for Windows 7 and 8.1 is discontinued, so I would think that JAWS 2021 is the latest version of JAWS that you could use on Windows 7.
