Hi,


Owing to problems with my Office 2013 Home and Business not exiting a document correctly,I decided to uninstall the program before reinstallation.  Unfortunately this did not work so decided to log into my Microsoft account and download a fresh copy of 2013.


This is where I run into trouble with the Microsoft site.  After logging into my account,I can't find a link which    will take me to where the product key can be entered and a fresh copy of the setup file be downloaded.


Anyone got suggestions or advice to how to go about this task?

Have a look at:  https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/download-and-install-or-reinstall-office-2019-office-2016-or-office-2013-7c695b06-6d1a-4917-809c-98ce43f86479#OfficeVersion=Office_2013_for_PC 

and/or https://community.spiceworks.com/how_to/35612-download-the-office-2013-installer 

If Office 2013 was installed and is linked to your Microsoft Account under Services & Subscriptions, you should be able to continue from there (remember: use the Microsoft Account you used when originally installing Office here, even if it's a different one you're now using).  If it's not, using the technique in the second article should work provided you have the actual product key to enter.
