Do you use Outlook?  If so, you can add the Zoom plug-in to Outlook, then you just schedule a meeting  in Outlook and click the Zoom button to schedule the Zoom part and add to the invitation.  That is my preferred method, but I use Outlook calendar a lot, so it’s the easiest or me.
