Hello,
I have recently started using Jira and was wondering if there are JFW keystrokes for Jira or ways to make navigation and task completion in that tool with JFW easier. Any suggestions would be really helpful Thanks Shivaji -- Check out my recent accessibility publication https://nfb.org/images/nfb/publications/jbir/jbir21/jbir110204.html JAWS® Certified Trainer, 2018 Twitter handle @ShivKumar140 My Blog https://digitalaccess365.wordpress.com/ Webpage www.linkedin.com/pub/shivaji-kumar/35/a73/11a/en

I haven't begun learning Jira yet, but I plan to start learning it soon, so I am also interested in this topic.

Hi all. We use Jira to run our ticketing system at work. It seems to work OK with JAWS. I have used it from a customer side, and on the admin side too, because I do handle tickets that are assigned to me.

You can utilize emails to send responses back and forth to customers on existing tickets, which I think it a nice feature. Like any platform, it has its quirks, and can be challenging at times, but overall my experience has been positive.
