Jaws will not speak at the Windows long on screen in Windows 10

Hi sometimes JAWS will not speak on the windows log on screen and we have to turn on Narrator. This only happens on my wife's computer. I use a different screen reader when logging into Windowa and I am not encountering this bugt.

Hi,
  I have encountered this issue for many years.  Seems to be no particular
reason.  Does not occur often , but like your situation, I must run
Narrator.  Sometimes this prompts JAWS to start and other times not.
Have tried various fixes including making changes under the "Automatically
start JAWS " settings.  
Conclusion is this is a bug of some sort and may affect some systems more
than other. 
Thankful for Narrator. Wish JAWS could achieve reliability of Narrator.

Hey Tony!
I think there's an option in the Ease Of Access Center that lets you start JAWS at the logon screen. Make sure that checkbox is checked. I do believe that setting is also available within the JAWS Startup Wizard, which can be accessed through the "Help" menu in JAWS.
