Moderated Jaws authorization key question.

Good morning everyone,
Where would I go too locate my Jaws authorization key? I can’t for the life of me, remember where it is or how too find it.

If your copy of JAWS is activated, you should be able to find the authorization key in the "About JAWS" dialog.

To get there: 1. Press Insert+J to bring up the JAWS menu. 2. Press up arrow twice, this should take you to the "About JAWS" option. 3. Press enter. This opens the "About JAWS" dialog. Press Insert+Alt+W to virtualize the dialog. You can now browse the dialog text with the arrow keys to find your authorization key. Alternatively, you can go to Vispero's web site and use your JAWS serial number to retrieve your authorization key. Here is the link: https://fsactivate.freedomscientific.com/ Gene... The serial number is there, but not the authorization code. I don't know a place to find it easily, but if you call Freedom Scientific with your serial number they will email it to you.At 10:11

Hi, Gene. The About dialog within JAWS contains your Serial Number, and a locking code, but does not, and never has, contained the Authorization Key, which is a code containing about 20 characters, consisting of letters and numbers.

You are right, my mistake, to get your authorization key, you'll have to use the Freedom Scientific activation web site that I mentioned in my message.

I would suggest calling freedom scientific and having them email it to you. It makes it easy to cut and paste and you will always know where it is.
