Hi all,

Is this something that Jaws does/can be set to do? I ask because I don’t have much experience using the calendar within Outlook and I’m totally blind so if the only notification that I’d get is an icon then there’s really not much point in me using the Outlook calendar. Using latest versions of Jaws, Microsoft 365 and Windows 11. Thanks

The Outlook Calendar will tell/remind you of upcoming appointments/meetings within 2 weeks of you using the calendar.

You will have the ability to have another reminder sent to you in n-hours/days based on your selection in a dropdown list.

Jaws tells you all this data.

Keep in mind that you are using the Jaws interface to schedule your appointments as well.
