Moderated jaws and decTalk express

Hi I got it working. I had jaws set to the wrong com port. Jaws thinks it is using a real decTalk express but in reality Jaws is using a version of decTalk software. I have to keep a windows command prompt open, though, I think. I haven’t tried closing it yet. But yes jaws works with software deccTalk with this emulator.

just run the test batch file. you don't need to keep it open
