It's a new chatBot by openAI and it uses the most advanced and the latest AI to do anything from help you with homework explaining how to solve math problems, algebra equations, write songs, it can even write plays and poetry based on small prompts of a few sentences or even just one sentence, inventing its own ideas. It can write letters in several voices and styles, it can even write big chunks of working computer code just by telling it the kind of program you want it to write.
