Hi List, I apologize for the cross post but I’m on many lists where accessible backup alternatives have been discussed lately and I’m not totally clear on the one where Casper by Future Systems Solutions was discussed. At any rate, Their Casper backup program is normally $60 but with the code HOL50, all their products are half off today on Green Monday. On Tuesday, their products are 30% off with the code HOL30. That code is upper case H O L followed by either the number 50 or 30 all without any spaces. I plan to order my Casper backup program shortly. It was on the Blind-T list, I was the one who actually got it started.
I knew of the Black Friday sale and am happy that they are having another one that you guys and gals can take advantage of.
There is nothing like having a backup of your system, for me it gives me a measure of security to know that I have a plan in place to recover from something catastrophic happening to my system, my system is my life line to the world outside of my apartment so being able to recover it quickly and easily is very important to me.

Hi Gene,
I'm not on the Blind-T list but where 50% savings are concerned, more notification is my preference. Thanks again for letting us know about Casper and I'm most impressed with its functionality and accessibility and I'm happy to pay $30 for a product like this.

Maybe I'm wrong and it was on the Win access list. Those are the only two kind of general blind tech lists I am on. The other general blind tech lists I'm on are announce only lists.

Hi all:
Using JAWS 2023 windows 10 latest build and the Chrome browser, the create account link on the company's site to purchase Casper did not work for me. Similarly, the latest version of NVDA also failed to activate the create account link.
Any ideas appreciated? I assume others have not had this problem.

I wish I could help, but I don't remember how I got past any problems I might have had when I bought Casper myself, I don't even remember if I had any problems at all.
In case it matters, I am running Windows 10 Home with JAWS 2022 from July.
