moderated flight info on research it

At 4:00 I queried flight info on Research it concerning Southwest Airlines flight 470, receiving an informative reply. three hours later when I place the same query, JAWS says the flight number is invalid. It's the same stinkin' flight number, same airline abbreviation with same 3 digits following, no space. This has happened before. Any idea how to fix it?

Both 2020 and 2019. the odd thing is that it works sometimes and doesn't sometimes.

Works sometimes and doesn't sometimes, that sounds like Research It in a nutshell!

Take care.  Mike.  Sent from my iBarstool.  Go dodgers!

I would let Freedom Scientific know what you're experiencing with the flight info tool. It is likely something that only they can fix.

While I personally have no experience with them there are Web sites which allow you to track flights. If you Google "flight tracking" or a similar phrase you'll find some results.

Researchit tries to retrieve info from the web; even something as simple as
a new advertising banner might potentially screw it up. In general it's a
pretty flaky feature. I like the dictionary lookup and currency conversion
and so far they haven't failed me, but I can't really justify using it for
much else...
