Subject line says it all if someone can let me know the steps to repair jaws running version 2022

Hi James,,

open up the run dialogue, locate the setup  file for JAWS 2022, and type in the following additionally:

X:\JAWSpath\JAWSfile.exe /type repair

Note that anything before the argument "/type repair" is just a placeholder, so you will have to find that on your own.

Not sure if you have to click on repair once you do this, but I don't think so.

Restart your computer and you should be good to go.

Regards,

Nermin

Greetings thanks I remember when you could launch the x file and if it was running you would get options as to if you wanted to repair I don't see that anymore.

What kind of issue are you having? Perhaps if you tell the list, someone
may suggest a solution that is less drastic.

I am unable to use the jaws command to tell me how many messages in my
inbox, but if I close jaws and then restart it some times that works.

Hi,
Mail programs and JAWS often have a tiff. Have found that a reboot can
sometimes fix this. Other times a JAWS repair. If you download latest
version of JAWS and launch the executable JAWS will automatically go into
repair option as it detects that JAWS is already on system.
