Moderated blue tooth num pad

Hi,

I’m using the most version of windows10 and Jaws 2023. The numpad on the laptop has problems with a number of keys not working. I attempted to get a blue tooth numpad to work. The laptop recognizes it. Yet it doesn’t work. Does the numpad on the laptop have to be turned off? Is that even possible?

Kevin,
It should work with while the one on the computer is working, like if you had another keyboard connected, they would both work.
Try adding it to input devices.

Hello.

No, the numpad on a laptop wouldn't need to be turned off.  The bluetooth one would work anyway, you can have more than one keyboard connected at a time.  On my desktop right now I have a bluetooth microsoft keypad, a wired keyboard and a logitech wireless all connected and working fine.
