It’s sadly been too long since I purchased a release with bandcamp (maybea  year, now, much to my chagrin), but I don’t remember any tricks. What sort of difficulties are you having?

It has been a long time ago for me as well. I just remember that I had some accessibility issues, and had to get someone to help me.

I remember having issues at one point (maybe back in 2017 and prior) getting the player on the website to actually work – clicking the button was problematic. Somewhere along the line thought aht got remedied. I don’t remember any other real issues..maybe give ita  whirl and see what happens. They would definitely be receptive to your feedback if you have problems. Bandcamp is a good company.
