moderated another issue with my outlook.com account

It would seem that every time I send a message there are two copies in my sent folder, any idea how I can stop this from happening? Using latest versions of Jaws, Office 365 and Windows 10. Thanks Madison

Hi, Madison. There are a few reasons that you can have multiple messages for

the same message in your Sent folder. If you put recipients in your CC or BCC fields, you can have a Sent message for each of those recipients. I also use outlook.com and find the site very difficult to navigate with the latest version of Jaws.
What did you do to Jaws and/or the outlook.com site to make it accessible.

I would like to know as well. I have an account and have a frustrating time navigating the UI. A tech said they would email me some docs explaining what to do since I rely on a screen reader to access my account, but I never received the docs. If anyone knows of any tips, hints or other info, please do tell.
