Moderated alt+control+e+c does not take me into a comment in google docs

Hi all, I am using Google Docs in Chrome, with JAWS 2022. How do I negotiate this problem? Alt+control+m for entering new comments is working just fine. But not alt+control=+e+c. Hi Rahul, Make sure you are on the actuall comment before pressing alt+control+e then c, and make sure your keyboard is set to US layout. Once you’ve pressed alt+control+e then c, you’ll need to arrow down once to read the comment. Cheers, Ed On 25 February 2023 08:02:47 "Rahul Bajaj" <rahul.bajaj1038@...> wrote:

Greetings:
Are you holding down ALT Plus Control while pressing e then c within a two second time span? This is usually how the two-key Google shortcuts work. There is a timer, you have to do it quickly, and you have to hold down the first two keys.
Cordially,
