hi guys, Having issues with my wifes microsoft account..

She seems to have messed something up during setting up windows10. Now she cannot get past the log in screen, no matter what she does. It keeps asking her to sign in a family member child. I take it she must have ticked a box to have a child member to share her account or something. Please help/advise, Billy
