Hi, Rick. To access the Blocked Sender list in Outlook,

1. Focus on, but do not open, an E-mail message.

2. Press the Applications key, Up Arrow to Junk submenu, and press Enter.

3. Up Arrow to Junk E-mail Options and press Enter.

4. Use Control plus TAB to get to the Blocked Sender's list. You now have access to it.

Hi all,
I know I should likely start a new thread but since this is sort of related I'm hoping that I don't get in trouble. I know how to do both things but I'm thinking that using keystrokes would help me do both things quicker. Are there keystrokes that I can use to add addresses to the safe senders and safe ricipiants lists? I'm using the latest versions of JAWS and Microsoft 365. Thanks for any info that anyone can provide me,
Madison

Hi Madison,

I use a laptop and shift f10. On a desktop the application key would work. Then I press j for junk. I press enter to block the sender, or down arrow to add to safe sender list.

Following Karen’s message, make sure you listen to what JAWS says, I accidently blocked an entire group instead of just the sender.

I just followed these steps and there was no option for the blocked list?
