Hi,

  You will need to do either a repair or re install of JAWS.  Easiest way for a repair is to get the latest JAWS version from the web and run the installer.  Since you already have JAWS on your system  the installer will begin with “repair” choice.

This issue sometimes occurs especially if you install a program such as Openbook after installing JAWS.
