Moderated activating a command with the touch cursor?

So far I can't activate the connect button in sonic web extender using the touch cursor. Neither the PC cursor nor the JAWS scan cursor sees the connect button; the touch cursor does, but I can't activate it while the touch cursor is active, and I can't rout the touch cursor to the PC cursor.
Any ideas? Thx, Ann |

On some sites I have to left arrow off where the command is spoken then press space or enter.
