Moderated I Cannot Do A JAWS Repair with the Version I Have

Dear Listers:
This morning when I tried to download the latest JAWS update it failed to install and it was suggested that I do a JAWS repair. The version of JAWS I am currently using is J2023.2210.29, but when I went to the Freedom Scientific website to find it and download it it was not listed among the most recent versions of JAWS or in the previous versions. When I open up JAWS 2023 on my computer there is no Repair option. So what should I do? I can't download the newest version until I do a JAWS repair on what I currently have.

Find the Jaws installer and run it as if you are going to install Jaws. The repair option should come up.

Rick, You should download the full installer of the version you are trying to run a repair. Hopefully that will fix your problem.
