Moderated Tab browsing problem

Sometimes tapping the keys several times help, sometimes restarting Jaws and some times restarting Windows. I've recently noticed that replacing the batteries in my keyboards also help at times. Tony -----Original Message-----

Hi all, Jaws 2022, W10.
It seems that the tab key and shift tab key are not working . example, while in Thunderbird, if I tab it takes me to a window with google search, and something named "clear" in it.
