Moderated Trying to figure out what's up with my Bluetooth keyboard

Hi,
I don’t know the keyboard, but probably it’s in iOS or Android mode, rather than in Windows mode.
You may need to refer to your user guide.
All the best

Hi.
Ever since JAWS 2023 came out, I’ve had this odd problem with Outlook 365. If I deleted everything in a folder, JAWS wouldn’t say anything until I tapped the CTRL key. I mentioned this on the list, and others reported the same thing, so I didn’t think anything of it. Today, however, I started having problems with other keys doing things they weren’t supposed to on my Bluetooth keyboard. It was so bad that I couldn’t type an email message asking for help. Replacing the batteries in it did no good. Thankfully, I have a nice USB keyboard that I’m using to type this note.
My question is simple. What’s up with my Bluetooth keyboard? It’s a Logitech, but I can’t remember the model. It’s the one with the split keyboard, and the numrow 6 is on the left side. When I press ESC on it, 9 is announced. I’m reaching the conclusion that either I hit something on it to put it in this weird mode, or it’s time to get a new one.
Any ideas?

This is a problem that can only be solved if you can find the model number of your wayward Logitech keyboard. Until that happens, there is little that any of us can do. Kindly, Curtis Chong On Dec 8, 2022, at 11:37 AM, Kevin Minor <kminor65@...> wrote:
