If you are using the sync function built in to each of those respective browsers, and log in to both of them using the same account you used on the old one, they sould transfer without any additional effort. And if you weren't, then I'd suggest logging in to each of the respective browsers on your old computer, making sure that sync is enabled, then doing the same on your new computer.
