I am using Outlook e-mail with Microsoft 365 on a Windows 10 PC with the latest version of Jaws 2023.

Today, I noticed that most of my e-mail notification sounds have suddenly disappeared.

Interestingly, I still get a notification sound when new e-mails arrive, but that’s about it.

I no longer have notification sounds for when I send an e-mail, and for when I delete e-mails from a folder.  In addition, I no longer get notification sounds to tell me when I’m at the top or bottom of one of my Outlook folder list views.

Has anyone else experienced this issue, and if so, have you been able to get the sounds back?

I’m wondering if this is, once again, a product of a recent Microsoft 365 update.
