Moderated spell check and grammar check

Hello, I am using the latest jaws with office 365 also latest. When I hit
insert f7 for spell check, it doesn't say spell check, I am in word checking a letter I wrote and it eventually comes out with misspelled meaning it found a misspelled word and also the grammar check, that works okay but, what is the command to go ahead to make the correction? Unless something has changed, insert-f7 is the key stroke to repeat a misspelled word, and f7 alone invokes spell check. Also alt-r, then s will activate spell check.

This is a bit confused. As Ann wrote, F7 brings up spellchecker, but it sounds as though you did. If the question is just how you correct a word, I've noticed with Word 2019 that instead of pressing just c, I now need to press alt-c.
