Moderated view-problems outlook 2019 with jaws 2022 or 2023

Hi William,
JAWS 2022 and 2023 tell me the number of messages in an Outlook 2019 folder. I wonder if you’re running Outlook maximized.
Just in case, to check the number of messages, I press insert-numpad 3 on my desktop system. To locate my place in that list, I press insert-numpad 5. Others on this list criticize this last keystroke as bringing up sometimes incorrect numbers, but I believe they’re off by only one.

Hello, I use outlook 2019 with jaws. With version 2020 of jaws , I can see the number of unread messages in a outlook folder as number next to the foldername between () With jaws 2022 and 2023, This number is not shown.
Also a problem with the mail-rules: The list of mail-rules is shown correctly with jaws 2020 while the same list seems empty with jaws 2022 and 2023.
With jaws 2022 or 2023, When in the list of mail rules (that seems empty), I can see the properties of the rules so only the list of mailrules seems empty.
This seems bugs to me in jaws 2022 and 2023 since this 2 issues are gone with version 2020. Or perhaps other ideas?
