Moderated differences/similarities between Outlook and Thunderbird
Madison Martin
Hi all, I just downloaded Thunderbird; I’ve always used Outlook as my email client (I’m currently using the latest version of Microsoft 365), not sure I’ll switch to Thunderbird periminantly but thought I should have it in case I’m ever unable to afford to renew the Microsoft 365 subscription or something. I’m curious to know for anyone who’s used both clients with Jaws what differences/similarities (if any) have you notticed between the two email clients? Also, where can I find/can anyone provide me with a list of Thunderbird keystrokes? Look forward to any info that anyone can provide me. Using latest versions of Jaws and Windows 11. Thanks Madison

I was a Thunderbird user for years until I got to college, then I found myself trying out Outlook since other users recommended me to do so, and now I’ve been using Outlook for years. In my opinion, if you jus want to take part on conversations in different mailing lists, you can manage yourself by using Thunderbird; for college, work, or a professional career, you should seriously consider stick with Outlook.
Best, Leo Bado
