Isn’t it in options under proofing? For me options comes up as one of those boxes with headings you can left and right arrow to and then go down into them.

I’ve tried doing this as well/knowing how to do it. My MS Word is screwed up somehow/I type an ‘ and get a word I’ve previously put into auto-correct but have since deleted. However, I cannot get the issue to stop/happens when I press space after ‘ symbols or some others and is really annoying. The only way I know how to stop it is to press the undo command immediately after the odd word is placed into my documents. This happens with any Microsoft product, other than mail, of course/have to use Onedrive to properly type at times.

Yes, ALT + F, T, Proofing Tab, Autocorrect Options Button.

The Autocorrect Options dialog has multiple tabs, and their names are fairly self-explanatory.

Ashleigh, you really should call the folks at Microsoft Windows & Office Accessibility Support
on (800) 936-5900.  What you have going on is not in any way, shape, or form normal, and something's off about Office itself.

The below is included for others who may not be in the USA (the above applies only to the USA):

I'd suggest you get in touch with Microsoft Windows & Office Accessibility Support (US & Canada).  Pick your contact method from any one of the options on that page.  If your preference happens to be by phone, and you're in the USA or Canada, then (800) 936-5900.  If you are in the UK, see: UK Microsoft & Windows Accessibility Support WebpageIf you're neither in North America nor the UK, you can always use your smartphone, start the Be My Eyes app, and choose "Microsoft Accessibility" from "Technical".  Support is only offered in English.

I wonder if you might need to call Microsoft accessibility and see if they can help?

Like I said on a previous thread, calling the Microsoft Disability Answer Desk does not work for me. I'm not fast enough with voice over to complete the automization code. So I get timed out. I have to use chat, and even they don't know what's going on. I still haven't heard anything from the higher tech people. Where they sent my messages.

Plus, Right now I don't have time to jump around and figure out what's going on. I'm in school, in a semester with tough assignments, so I'll just use OneDrive if I need to type something along. , or just use the undo command as I said previously.
