Moderated Question on how too delete jobs in my girlfriends computer in word 2016.

Good a afternoon everyone, 

 

When my girlfriend tries too use her printer too print a small document,  She receives a message that says, there are eight jobs pending.  My question is, where do we go too delete all of those jobs that are waiting?  I’d like too delete them, but don’t know where too goo too do this.

To add to this advice, I’ve found on my system that this dialog is difficult to navigate. Several devices are shown, and arrowing between them can be hit-or-miss. Once I locate the printer concerned, I need to switch to the JAWS cursor. I can’t be more specific because I’m not experiencing this problem right now.

Try going to notifications and opening up the printer app. It should be in there.
