Moderated turning off a feature in Jaws 2023

Greetings:

 

Do the following:

 

  1. Get into the JAWS Settings Center with INSERT+6 or CAPSLOCK+F2 followed by arrowing down to and activating Settings Center.
  2. Search for “smart”. One of the choices is Smart Glance. Press space repeatedly to turn this off.
  3. Activate OK.

On Tuesday eveningI downloaded the most recent beata version of Jaws 2023. Offten when I open a web page Jaws says that there are smart glance highlights; is there any way to turn this feature off? Thanks
