Using the desktop layout, go to the top row of the numpad. Left mouse click is next to the numlock key, and the right mouse click is one over again.
Another way of saying this is that with the numlock off, left click is the same key as / (slash) with the numlock on. Right click is the same key as * (star, multiplication) when the numlock is on.
