Moderated Jaws layer key commands

Hi, Stan. My JAWS 2023 works normally with the INSERT plus SPACE, followed by O, then either C, S or W. Maybe you should try a JAWS repair on JAWS 2023.

Hi,
I use windows 10. Since I installed JAWS2023 I can't get JAWS convenient OCR to do an OCR on a control, window, or screen. When I hit the layered keystroke, insert+spacebar+O, followed by the letters C, W, or S, I get no response. However, the letters P and F for picture and file seem to work Normally.
I tried reverting back to JAWS2022 and everything worked fine. has anyone experienced this and if so have you found a solution?

Wouldn't this be in your jaws help topics, under the keyboard commands? Remember, you can press control plus P. to play the audio that Dan Clark has recorded for these books. If there is a book to be updated, just press enter on it and jaws might prompt you to install the update... Please do so before reading, or listening.... Press jaws key with space then question mark. For each command, you can further enter another question mark to find a list of subcommands.
