Moderated learning Office with jaws tutorials
Edward Green
Hi, You’re right - they did, but the webinars represent the current offerings. If memory serves, there are three or so hour-long general tutorials supplemented with webinars on specific features. If they don’t meet your needs, both Hartgen Consultancy www.hartgen.org and the Access Technology Institute www.blind.training offer audio tutorials and textbooks respectively. As with the previous FS offerings, these are both paid and I believe ATI’s are slightly more current though little changes basics-wise between versions of office. Hi
I seem to remember once Freedom Scientific released comprehensive MS Office tutorials for Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook, going right from beginner to advanced levels. Since I have to refresh my memory on some of these programmes and features, could someone tell me where are they? I am not really just talking about the training podcasts which just deal with bits of a program, I thought, or as far as I know Freedom Scientific had actual comprehensive tutorials you could get? If not, are there any other places where one can buy comprehensive tutorials on using all office suite programmes with jaws? I know NVDA have books for their screenreader with office, do such things exist for jaws? Thanks |
