If this is the case (there is a single account), even if the account allows aliasing with multiple email addresses, it has one, and only one, password.

I don’t know where to start but basically is there a live person that we can get together to fix our reset password problem?  It seems that John has one account with both of us but when I try and reset my password, I screw his account up.  He’s spent 2 hours and AIRA has spent about 90 minutes trying to help solve this problem.  Hope this is the right group and I’m not stepping on any moderator’s toes.
